Abstract

Effects of preparation of cellooligosaccharide by acid hydrolysis of cotton with mixed acid,the effect of concentration of hydrochloric acid,liquid to solid ratio,temperature and time dependence were studied.The optimum hydrolytic conditions were that the concentration of hydrochloric acid is 4%,the liquid to solid ratio is 24∶1(g/g),the temperature is 65℃ and the hydrolysis time are 8 h,under which yields of reducing sugars,glucose and cellooligosaccharide were 25%,16.7% and 8.3% respectively.
