Abstract
At the turning of Yuan and Ming Dynasty,a large number of literary intelligentsia held high the banner of the Confucianism, adhered to the loyalty concept and made up their mind to be hostile to the farmer rebels.Meanwhile, they fulfilled the loyalty concept and national consciousness by death——an extreme way to make a final effort in saving the historical destiny of Yuan Dynasty. However, their loyalty spirit and death behavior cannot prevent the dynasty from ruining. The life scream and moral call, for example,I was a Jinshi of Yuan Dynasty and would rather die than betray it,or,although I was not a Jinshi,I still was loyalist, were being drowned in a sea of the history of the turning between Yuan and Ming Dynasty.
