The problems in developing securities investment fund in China and countermeasures

Abstract
The article makes an introduction on the development condition of our securities investment fund.The development of securities investment fund is advantageous to the further development of our stock market.At the same time,the article analyzes some important questions to restrict the healthy development of our securities investment fund and points out that the governance structure of investment fund is the main problem to influence the development of securities investment fund.Finally,some countermeasures to develop securities investment fund in China are presented.
