Clinical Analysis of Surgical Treatment on Skin Cancer

Objective: To study the surgical treatment for skin cancer,61 cases of skin cancer underwent cancer resection operation were analyzed retrospectively.Method: 61 cases were involved,there were 41males and 20females,the age ranged from 43～87 years,After the tumors were resected,direct suture were performed in 9 patients,full skin grafting were performed in 27cases and flap grafting in 25 cases.Result: All the incision in direct suture cases heal up well.Among 27 full skin grafting cases,there were 23 cases skin graft in total survival,partial skin necrosis were seen in 4 cases.Of the 25 cases of flap grafting,three cases complicated with distal skin ecchymosis and necrosis.Conclusion: The selective methods of surgical repair in patients with skin cancer may be direct suture,full skin grafting and flap grafting et al,according to the preoperative site and size of the tumor.
