Abstract
The rural informatization is the important content of the national economy and social informatization.It's an effective way to accelerating realization of the agriculture mordernization.The paper discusses the relation of the rural informatization and the construction of new socialist rural,analyses the current problems in the western rural informatization construction and puts forward some suggestions for promoting the western rural informatization development.
