Abstract
The inhibitory effects of metabolite from Bacillus licheniformis against Phytophthora infestans were tested at different stages. The results showed that metabolites of B.licheniformis strongly inhibited the release of zoospores from sporangia and germination of zoospores. The inhibitory rate to release of zoospores and germination of zoospores by metabolite of B.licheniformis reached 85.76% and 77.29% at dose of 50ml/l.In addition,The Inhibitory effects of metabolite to mycelia growth and germination of sporangia of the P.infestans was not strong and inhibition rate were 49.79% and 46.57% at dose of 50ml/l.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
