Abstract
The main purpose of the study was to reveal the influence of drying method on the declining rate of water content in soybean seeds and seed vigor in various conditions of water content,so as to provide reference for soybean seed storage. The three kinds of water content soybean seeds were obtained by drying method of calcium chloride, silica and vacuum, and the germination test are determined after humidified. The experiments results showed that the lowest water content in the seed were 4.44%,5.17%,5.66% respectively, which were lower than that of the control by 31.90%,20.71%,13.19% respectively. The germination percentage were 93.33%,77.33%,98.67%,which were increased by 21.65%,0.80%,28.61% compared with the control. The seed vigor was 16.05,13.92,16.77,which were increased by 20.2%,4.3%,25.6% compared with that of the control.
