Abstract
In accordance with the principles of quality course construction of circuit theory,this paper sets the aim of improving the overall quality of undergraduate education and meanwhile sharing high-quality teaching resources.It then puts forward feasible suggestions on the construction of teaching staff,practical teaching,teaching content,and teaching methods as a significant step to promote the overall quality course reform,intensify the innovation of new education concepts,and improve the teaching quality.
