Abstract
Teacher's structure reflects the degree of teacher's specialization and the course structure of teacher's education is the major factor to decide teacher's quality.Only by speeding up the reform of teacher's course structure,can we raise the teacher's quality of speciality,improve the specialization of teacher's education and train high-quality teachers for elementary education.
