Abstract
Virtual Reality method has shown a great performance in many fields. With the development of water conservancy in recent years, more VR method applies to channel design. The reappearance of terrain in Channel Engineering design can provide valuable reference to choose the Channel Line and lay the corresponding facilities more directly perceivable. Through establishing 3D modeling of terrain by ArcInfo to get the object in virtual scene, and setting up virtutal scene by VRML and script, the realization of virtual Channel scene from disperse terrain data can become more quickly and conveniently.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
