Abstract

The key that contemporary ethics in China develops is to construct new theoretical system of ethics.Following are views on how to construct new system of ethics developing in China by synthesizing various opinions and reflecting:Taking peolpe retreating living world as the starting point for ethics research;Taking new theory of constructing obligation and utilitarianisms unity as principle;taking harmonious society of equity and reason as thoretical target.
