The clinical observation bleeding the umbilical cord blood to accelerate the placenta separation

Objective Observation bleeding the umbilical cord blood to accelerate the placenta separation during the third stage of labor.Methods 372 primigravidae whose placenta were not been parturition after 10 min in the third stage of labor were randomly divided into two groups,the study group: Bleeded the umbilical cord blood 20～30 ml,the control group: injected Oxytocin 20U from umbilical cord of the placenta.Observed the cases that the placenta was been labor within 10～20,within 20～30 min,and after 30 min;Observed the cases of the postpartum hemorrhage.Results The study group cases of placenta was been labor within 10～20 or within 20～30 min more than that in comparison group;the cases of the postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was fewer than the cases in the comparison group. Conclusions Bleeding the umbilical cord can accelerate the placenta separation,and reduce the postpartum hemorrhage,the report is as follows.
