Value and Practicing of Engineering Philosophy for Engineering Education

Abstract

Engineering philosophy is a newly-developed domain which distinct from the traditional science technology philosophy.Based on the mechatronics engineering education practice,this paper presents some new thinking in engineering philosophy.The meaning of engineering philosophy for engineering education is also stressed.Some pragmatic methods are suggested finally to apply the.engineering philosophy into engineering education.
