Model of the Pipeline Transportation Price for Long-distance Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline

This paper combines with the characteristics forming the capacity ordered by customers,and pipeline cost and expenditures and establishes the model of the pipeline transportation price suitable for the longdistance natural gas pipeline. This model takes into account the method for distribution and collection of pipeline cost and expenditures in the foreign countries, the operational routine of long distance pipeline transportations and features of take or pay contracts. Furthermore,the paper further combines the relevant data of the West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project and analyzes the differences of pipeline price assumed by customers of different types at various sub delivery stations and the Shanghai region. The study is very important for making pipeline transportation price of long-distance natural gas pipeline.
