The observation of pathological change of stomach mucous membrane in pulmonary tuberculosis patients

Objective To proke into patients’ pathological change of stomach mucous membrane and negularity of pulmenary tuberculosis.Methods The model olymus G1F-130 fibre gastroscope of nissan was used to observe 30 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patient and 20 normal patients. Fasting of 8 hours was required before operation. The operator used pincers to get 2 to 6 pieces of tissure of mucous membrane at the stomach bottom, stomach body, stomach hole position. Paraffin was waxed charters and burice cutling into slices. HE dyed the mirrer and exanines. Some patients were followed up by regular visits.Results The incidence rate of the damage of mucous membrane (76.6%) was higher than the observation group (P0.01), and the damage was high in stomach hole group (P0.05).Conclusion WT6BZThestomach mucous membrane damaging is a part of patholgical change of pulmonary tuberculosis.
