Abstract

The paper launches on the correlativity of each factor which influences consumption of residents ,We use the ridge regression analysis of the multivariate statistics, establishe the expenditure model. With quantitative and qualitative analysis,we analyze the quantity alterant relations of consumption with income, population ,education, government expenditures and interest rate on deposits. On this analysis ,we give some suggests to improve the consumption of residents.
