Abstract

The virtual prototype technology was applied for the development of double-module control system. The Pro/E program was served as modeling tool of three-dimension entity, MSC.ADAMS as the analysis tool of kinematics and dynamics, and Matlab as the analysis tool of control. The mechanic and control systems were processed the untied analysis and debugging. The modeling methods of mechanic model, control model, output and input between these two models, and object motion model were given. The simulation results showed that the virtual prototype designed could be used in dynamic checking, parameter optimum, regression design and demonstration verification, and the motion analysis, interference checking, tracking and transfer experience for control.
