An Individual's Outlook of Value: An Examination of China's Legal Basis

An individual's outlook of value in philosophy is basis for adjusting interpersonal relationships. How to regard and appraise an individual's value has much to do with maintenance of an individual's value, dignity and basic rights. It also has much to do with how to be investigated under law if an individual's value has been violated. Serious problems exist in individual's outlook of value: loss of conception the utmost function of law is to keep an individual's value; seeing an individual's value from perspective of objects; devalued source benefit of an individual especially an individual's dignity and rights derived from value of personality; no fixed criteria for keeping an individual's value, etc. Thus, it is necessary to improve conception of an individual's value, China's legal basis.
