Analysis of College Students' Satisfaction in Beijing Universities

The core of Scientific Outlook on Development is putting people first and this demands educators to always make sure that the aim and outcome of college students education,management and service are well achieved.Guided by this outlook,it is essential for university decision-makers to consider how to improve students' education,management and service as well as provide better educational environment to enhance students' satisfaction.Inspired by College Students Satisfaction Scale that is widely used in American universities,a survey was conducted among Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications,Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics,Beijing Jiaotong University and China Women's University.Covering almost 120 majors,600 questionnaires were sent out and 552 valid ones were collected.In terms of importance and satisfaction,each sampled student was demanded to score 15 items of college work that were closely related to their study and daily life.Based on the data collected from the survey,SPSS was used to do detailed analysis and the results were served as decision-making reference for college work.
