Abstract
Environmental monitoring data were needed to support the environmental assessment system in the initial evaluation period,construction period,run-time and post-evaluation phase.Environmental monitoring run throughout the whole system of environmental impact assessment,was the technology base of the environmental impact assessment,also had a strong function of supervision.
