Abstract
Vacuum measurement is a commonly used method to measure the defect of flat panel,but the application is limited for its traditional method by manul with heavy labor intensity and inefficiency.Vacuum leak detector of flat panel weld,developed in this paper,used static vacuum test method to detect penetrating defects of the welded plate.The total structure,working principle and features of the detector were descibed in this paper.The detector that developed by us is easy to operate,with high efficiency and has an extremely extensive application prospect in the market.
