Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of intrauterine adhesions treated by hysteroscope.Methods:From January 2006 to August 2009 in our hospital,clinical data of 49 patients with hysteroscopy surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results:After operation,41 patients resumed normal menstruation,accounting for 83.67%,8 patients were still less volume;in 26 cases of dysmenorrhea,25 cases had been alleviated or cured after surgery;adominal pain was 0 case.there were significant difference compared with the preoperative(all P0.01).Conclusion:Intrauterine adhesions treated by hysteroscope is the preferred method,it's worthy of clinical application.
