Abstract

Liu-Yu,a second family of power and influence,who depended on the power of JingKou clique,defeated Huan-Xuan.Liu-Yu regained the government of the eastern Jin dynasty superficiality,in fact,Liu-Yu buildt up the overlord department government,which controlled the power of the Eastern Jin dynasty.The emperor of the Eastern Jin Dynasty had no power,The royal of the Eastern Jin Dynasty had no right.The offices of Che qi general,Tai-wei,prime minister,Song,were the center of politics and army.
