Abstract
This paper analyzed the policy and laws related to AIDS and status of HIV/AIDS care and care models in China,and pointed out the present problems in HIV/AIDS prevent and treatment and the attitudes of medical staff, and provided some advice on how to implement HIV/AIDS comprehensive care.
