On the Role of College Teachers in Constructing Harmonious Teacher-student Relationship

Abstract

Through analyzing the questionnaires on how harmonious the relationship is between teacher and student,the teacher's role is discussed in constructing harmonious teacher-student relationship.Based on system theory and post-modernism educational theories,ways to improve teacher-student relationship are discussed.It is suggested for the teacher to strengthen self-cultivation,raise personality charm,care for students'psychology,and make affectionate communication with them.
