Abstract

Scientific analysis of long-term mutative law on urban land intensive utilization has great significance for the protection of land resources and improving land management. This paper confirms a comprehensive weight of evaluation index system by the AHP and the information entropy-weight method, then handle grey relational evaluation synthetic model for mutative law on land intensive utilization from 1990 to 2006 in Wuhu. The results indicate that:(1) The weight of evaluation index should confirm by combination of subjective and objective methods;(2) the main restricting factors of land intensive utilization are economic benefit factor and ecological benefit factor in Wuhu; (3) the level of land intensive utilization has been improving from 1990 to 2006 in Wuhu, but has three fluctuations and presents undee mutative shape in the mass.
