Abstract
The mutagenic mechanism,mutagenic technology,molecular mark technology and identification and screening techniques of mutagenesis were summarized according to the research progress of mutation breeding in recent years.The main developing direction was analyzed,and the prospects of the mutation breeding was put forward.
