The main reason for coal resources waste and countermeasures

This paper analyzed the situation about waste of coal resources existing in mining and processing and the results are followed:weakness and uncontrolled commercial coal price system,unreasonable use of coal products,conventional mode of thinking,poor guidance of policy and unsuitable method of processing etc.Then some specific policy advices are put forward,such as adjusting coal market system,enhancing macroeconomic regulation for coal production,realizing the rational utilization of coal resources,increasing production of cleaning coal,and improving science and technology lever of mining and processing.The target is to solve the problem of waste of coal resources and achieve sustainable development in coal.
