Abstract
Objective To study the expression of EGFR in salivary gland mucoepidermoid carcinoma.It provides the basis for molecular targeted therapy of mucoepidermoid carcinoma.Methods S-P immunohistochemical method was used to examine the EGFR in mucoepidermoid carcinoma,mucoepidermoid carcinoma was counted and imaged analysis in the light microscope under high power field.Results The expression of EGFR in each hypotype of mucoepidermoid carcinoma was positive.Expression between the positive group and negative control group was significant differences.
