Abstract
The effect of fruit bagging on anthocyanin and chlorophyll content of berry skin and fruit quality under different cultivated conditions were investigated.The results indicated that the total soluble solid(TSS),total sugar,anthocyanin and chlorophyll content decreased and titratable acidity(TA) content increased in the fruit with bagging in the vineyards at Honggu district.It also showed that TSS,total sugar,anthocyanin content increased and TA,chlorophyll content decreased in the fruit with white bag in the solar energy greenhouse at Linze County.Although bagging had little effect on amino acid content in Red Global berry,it was higher in the solar energy greenhouse for postponed harvest than natural condition.
