Study on Schizophyllum commune Introduced to Pu’er

Abstract
Experiment of Schizophyllum commune has shown that potato composites was the optimum medium for mother strain culture,and it’s found that it’s possible to cultivate this fungus in formula with a certain amount of mushrooms waste and coffee shells,as well as garden soil bacteria.Among three fruiting ways,direct covering soil cultivation showed the best and its biological conversion rate up to 90.8%.
