Abstract
Copper in glycyrrhiza was determinated by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(GFAAS).Several conditions of GFAAS were selected. The results showed that the linear range of calibration curve was 20-100 ng.mL-1,the average recovery rate with standard addition mode was 99%,and the relative-standard deviations for the determination were no more than 1.66%.The method is simple, reliable and could be used for determination of practical samples.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
