Comprehensive Evaluation of Logistics Enterprise's Core Competence Based on AHP

In order to build a comprehensive evaluation system of logistics enterprise core competitiviness,this paper establishes comprehensive evaluation index system from the five aspects,including enterprise resources,management ability,service ability,marketing ability,innovation ability,then adopts the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to calculate the index weight. Using simple weighting method to analyze logistics enterprise's core competitiveness evaluation data from the bottom to top,and the results are consistent with the enterprise's market performance in recent years.
