Abstract
Residual amounts of carbamate pesticides in samples of vegetable were extracted with acetonitrile and purified by sold phase extraction on amino column, concentrated and made up to 1 mL,with acetone which was used for GC determination.By using DB-1701 capillary chromatographic column,7 carbamates pesticides were separated and determined by NPD.The values of detection limit(3S/N) found were in the range of 0.008-0.034 mg·L-1.Precision and recovery of the method were tested, and values of RSD′s(n=6) and of recovery found were in the range of 1.81%-5.91% and 90.0%-112.0% respectively.
