Abstract
In this paper,by using numerical simulation method,the temperature distribution model of kiln gas,cylinder and material in rotary kiln is established after material going into rotary kiln. The characteristic of temperature rise and clinker sintering process are studied depending on the temperature distribution rule. The results show that the temperature rise is slower after material going into rotary kiln,which has an effect on clinker sintering process and unnecessary heal loss.
