Influencing Factors Analysis of Farmers' Satisfaction Index to Participate in Small-scale Irrigation and Water Conservancy Management: Based on Survey Data of Jiangxi Province

Based on the 1196 peasant households' survey data in Jiangxi Province, the paper evaluated farmer satisfaction to small irrigation and water conservancy management and its influencing factors by us ing structural equation model (SEM). Based on the Fornell logistic model, the paper built farmers satisfac tion index. On the influencing factors model of farmers' satisfaction, the result showed that the factor of farm ers' resources endowment had no significant effect on farmer satisfaction to small irrigation and water conser vancy management, but it could have indirect positive effects on farmer satisfaction to small irrigation and water conservancy management by interacting with factor of farmers' cognitive. Factor of water using associa tion organizational characteristics and farmers' cognitive had significant positive effects on farmer satisfac tion to small irrigation and water conservancy management. Based on those reach findings above, this paper gave some corresponding policies and suggestions.
