Abstract
Objective Using cells aggregation paraffin embedding technique to detect nestin immunohistochemicalstaining in neurospheres. Methods Stem cells separated from the hippocampus of17d old rat fetus were culturedin vitro. Nestin staining on cells inside neurospheres were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Allneurospheres in culture were positively stained for nestin. But the positive rate and positive site of neurospheres weredifferent. Conclusion This technique had the advantage of detecting cells nestin expression inside neurospheres. It may contribute to supply exact informations for optimizing the cell culture technique.
