Abstract
34MnV steel was respectively annealed at 850,900,950,1000 ℃ and tempered at 600 ℃.The microstructures were observed by optical microscope, the mechanical properties were tested by tensile test machine and impact test machine. The results show that after annealing at 850 ℃ and 900 ℃ respectively, and tempered at 600 ℃,not only fine-grained microstructure is obtained, but also its strength and toughness are markedly increased. After annealed at 950 ℃ and 1000 ℃ respectively and tempered at 600 ℃,the coarse grain is obtained and strength is enhanced, while toughness is decreased.
