Analysis of Problems Existing in Economic Benefits Calculational Content of Current Highway Projects

According to the economic benefits of current road projects which only identify savings,it is proposed that the economic evaluation of projects should be considered from the perspective of the entire national economy,and should measure the output efficiency.And it believes that the basic reason why problems exist in the identification of current highway projects is that deviation consists in the recognition point of view.The fundamental purpose of highway project is to transport,so it will be more scientific to identify the national economic profit of road projects,from the perspective of road project meeting the transport demand.Economic benefits brought to the whole society,on the condition of road infrastructure,based on effectively meeting the transport demand and optimal allocation of resources,should be identified as the economic benefits of highway projects.
