APPLICATION OF THE PRINCIPLES AND THE METHODS OF LANDSCAPE ECOLOGY IN PLANNING AND DESIGNING NATURAL CONSERVED DISTRICTS

This paper discussed that the principles and the methods of landscape ecology are applied to planning and designing the natural conserved districts. At first, the value of the landscape of the natural conserved district is objectively evaluated by landscape quality, ecological value, aesthetic value, the capability of landscape vision and landscape security patterns. Secondly, the principles of landscape eco-planning should be insisted, which are the principles of priority in nature, diversity, difference, sustainability and comprehensiveness, and they are applied to planning and designing matrix, patch corridor and excellent landscape pattern, so as to assure sustainable development of landscape ecology in natural conserved districts.
