Abstract

The technical process of the forward extrusion trimming, the die structure and the main design points for back and forth drawing type bush were described. The die was simple and apˉpropriate in structure. It could be installed in one press machine, carrying out in succession two working procedures of extrusion forming and trimming, reaching high productivity.
