Abstract
To investigation the difference of proteome level of the recombinant E.coli strain expressing(Aspartate) aminotransferase(AspAT) before and after transformation,two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with immobilized pH gradients was used for isolation and the spots of protein were stained with a(protein) silver staining kit.The the gel were scanned and digitized to create computer images.About 600 protein spots were detected by the Image Master 2D Platinum 5.0 and analyzed by the SWISS-2D PAGE proteome(database).Difference of the key proteins correlated to synthesis of L-Phenylalanine was analyzed.Based on the (effect) of AspC gene analyzed,elaborate regulated of proteome level was primarily discussed in the article.
