Clinial Analysis of 234 Patients with Chronic Prostatitis Symptom after the urethritis

Objective To investigate the clinical features,prevention and cure of chronic prostatitis symptom after the urethritis.Methods The clinicaldata of 234 Patients with chronic prostatitis symptom after the urethritis were analysised retrospectively.Results The causes of disease were,complicate,Infection were the principal factor of chronic prostadtis symptom at the back of urethritis(75.2%).The clinical manifestations were multiple.The primary characters were,scorching hot on urethra,surplus of urine.The white secretion wero exeroted from urethra.The unwell radioactivity pain on the part of per- ineum,aching back and weary,et.The part patients had the obstructed of physiology and psychology.The prostate juice had had inflammation.The theraty is multiple.To treatment the causes of disease were important.After one course,the cure date of this patients,in positive pathogen is 55.7%(98/176cases)and in negative pathogen is 36.2%(21/58cases). Con- clusion Early and thorough causes treatment is the key method to prevent and cure the chronic prostatitis symptom alter the urethritis.
