Abstract

The karyotypes of Lutjanus erythopterus, Lutjanus argentimaculatus and Lutjanus bohar are examined from the renal tissue by the PHA-injection-air drying method . All of the three species have 48 chromosome in the diploid and their karyotype formulae are 48 t, NF=48,respectively.
