There are five basic features about civil tort responsibility for injury accidents in primary and secondary school.The principle of responsibility with fault is applicable to school accidents commonly.Invaders should take related responsibility because of mutual fault.Invaders' civil responsibility can be lightened because of the victims' fault.The degree of the invaders' subjective fault can affect compensation scope.The invader should answer for responsibility for his own fault instead of for others'.
