Abstract

Non repudiation is one of the most important premises to achieve electronic commerce while fairness and security are what people have been chasing during electronic transaction. In this paper we propose two new fair non-repudiation protocols basing on electronic evidence. It is efficient and practical. It resolves the repudiation problem both in sender side and in receiver side.
