Abstract

Having been developing for more than 40 years,REITs has enjoyed a huge success,and has been playing an important role in relieving the difficulty in financing for real estate enterprises and enriching investment channels for investors.This paper is intended to provide several suggestions for China's REITs based on the fundamentals of REITs and the experiences from the United States.
