Judicial Interpretation vs. Other Legal Interpretations

Abstract
Judicial interpretation, being a standardized legal document constituting the construction of legal systems, is one of the major forms of legal interpretations and serves also as a system for acting in accordance with the law. Perfecting the judicial interpretation system is the innate requirement for attaining the unification of legal systems. This paper, based on the practice of acting in accordance with Chinese law, has elaborated the relationship between judicial interpretation and other legal interpretations.
