Abstract
Combined with actual teaching of police shooting, based on sports straining and sports psychology theories, this study innovated sound simulation training in the shooting teaching of police colleges.Using experimental methods, comparing the heart rate, attention stability, mental fatigue, shooting skills and shooting performance of the experimental group and the control group, result shows that the experimental group is much better than the control group in physiological and psychological aspects,as well as shooting skills, and the difference was highly significant. Therefore,we believe that sports science theory of sound simulation training can better help police school students master the skills of shooting.
