Abstract
In the course of strategic adjustment of agricultural province's agriculture structure, government should give effective actions to those aspects such as changing sense of peasant, building frame of science and technology, adapting of small peasant household to big market, developing new cooperative economy of rural area, building up leading enterprises, speeding up building small cities and towns.
